-Under the hood, unscrew the four screws (screwed from top to bottom).
-Unscrew the wheels to the left or right, depending on which side you will disassemble.
-In the wheel arches, unscrew the screws that secure the fender liners to the bumper.
-Move the fender liners to the side and unscrew one screw on each side (screwed from bottom to top).
-Unscrew nine screws around the perimeter at the bottom of the bumper (screwed from bottom to top).
-with an assistant, pull the corners of the bumper to the sides and pull it forward from the guides.
-now you can disconnect the connectors from the fog lights (if any).
-remove the connector from the parking sensors (if any).
-if there are headlight washers, disconnect the hoses from the nozzles and close them with plugs so that liquid does not leak out of the tank.
Rear bumper
-in the trunk, in the side trims, remove the hatches, unscrew the fasteners and remove the taillights.
-unscrew two screws on each side under the taillights.
-unscrew the screws in the wheel arches that secure the mudguards (in order not to remove the wheels, it is more convenient to unscrew with a ratchet with a nozzle).
-move the mudguards to the side and pull out one piston on each side (inserted from the bottom up).
-unscrew the four screws at the bottom (screwed from the bottom up).
-with an assistant, pull the edges to the sides and pull the bumper back from the guides.
-remove the connector from the parking sensors (if any).
-remove the connector from the license plate light.
