-open the hood.
-under the hood, unscrew the screws (there may be pins) and remove the radiator grille.
-along the perimeter of the lower part, unscrew the screws and pull out the pins (screwed in and inserted from the bottom up), which secure the lower part.
-there are two options. Either unscrew two nuts on each side under the headlights, which secure the bumper reinforcement to the guides (hard to get to). Or unscrew one bolt on each side from the engine compartment, which secure the guides to the side members (the guides are hard to pull out).
