How to remove front and rear bumper SEAT Cordoba (before 2003)


Depending on the year of manufacture and model variant, the mounting locations differ.

-unscrew the four screws under the hood.
-remove the upper trims and the lower grille (you need to carefully pry the edge with a screwdriver and tear it off the latches).
-unscrew the screws under the trims and grille.

-unscrew the three screws at the bottom of the bumper (screwed from bottom to top).
- turn the wheels to the left or right side, depending on which side we will disassemble first.

- unscrew the screws in the wheel arches that secure the fender liners.
- with an assistant, pull the bumper off the guides towards you.
- remove the connector from the parking sensors (if any).
- remove the connector from the fog lights.

Rear bumper





Depending on the year of manufacture and model variant, the mounting locations differ.

-open the trunk lid and unscrew the screws in the opening.
-unscrew the screws in the wheel arches that secure the mudguards (in order not to remove the wheels, it is more convenient to unscrew with a ratchet with a nozzle).
-move the mudguards to the side and unscrew one screw on each side (screwed from the bottom up) (may not be present).

-unscrew the screws around the perimeter at the bottom (screwed from bottom to top).
-with an assistant, pull the bumper off the guides towards you.
-remove the connector from the parking sensor (if any).
