-open the hood.
-under the hood, unscrew the four screws (screwed from top to bottom) that secure the upper part.
-along the perimeter of the lower part of the bumper, unscrew six screws and pull out two pistons (screwed and inserted from bottom to top).
-depending on which side we are going to disassemble, turn out the wheels.
-in the wheel arches, unscrew the screws that secure the edges of the bumper.
-release the bumper from the latches in the fenders (pull the corners towards you).
-with an assistant, pull the bumper forward (be careful not to tear the wires).
-disconnect the electrical equipment connectors (if any).
Rear bumper
-open the trunk lid.
-open the hatches in the side trim of the trunk and unscrew the screws behind them.
-pull out the taillights.
-pull out the pins under the taillights.
-unscrew the four screws in the trunk opening.
- unscrew the screws that secure the mudguards to the bumper (in the wheel arches and from the bottom side).
- unscrew the screws that secure the bottom of the bumper from the bottom side.
- release the latches in the fenders (pull the corners towards you).
- with an assistant, pull the bumper back (look for the wires).
- disconnect the electrical equipment connectors (if any).
