Depending on the year of manufacture and body type (restyling, station wagon), the mounting locations differ.
Front bumper
-open the hood.
-under the hood, Unscrew the four screws (twisted from top to bottom).
-unscrew the screws along the perimeter of the lower part (twisted from bottom to top).
-depending on which side we will disassemble, turn the wheels out.
-in the wheel arches, unscrew the screws and release the fender liners.
-behind the fender liners, Unscrew one screw on each side that secures the corners of the bumper to the wings.
-we release the bumper from the latches in the wings and, with an assistant, pull the bumper forward (be careful not to break the wires).
- disconnect the connectors of the electrical equipment (if any).
Rear bumper
-open the trunk lid.
- Unscrew the screws in the trunk opening.
-unscrew the screws that secure the lower part (in the sedan in the opening between the bumper and the body, in the MCV along the perimeter of the lower skirt).
-in the wheel arches, unscrew the screws and release the fender liners (rear part).
-move the fender liners to the side and Unscrew one screw on each side that secures the corners of the bumper to the wings.
-release the latches in the wings (pull the corners toward you).
-with an assistant, pull the bumper back (watch the wires).
- disconnect the connectors of the electrical equipment.
