How to remove the front and rear bumper of an Alfa Romeo GT


-open the hood.
-under the hood, Unscrew the four screws (twisted from top to bottom) that secure the upper part.
-Unscrew the screws (twisted from bottom to top) that secure the lower part of the bumper.
-turn the wheels to the side.
-in the wheel arches, unscrew the screws that secure the fender liners (no need to remove).

-move the fender liners to the side and Unscrew two screws on each side (twisted from bottom to top) that secure the corners of the bumper to the wings.
-with an assistant, pull the bumper forward (make sure not to tear the wires and hoses).
-disconnect the fog lamp connectors.
-disconnect the headlight washer hoses (if any, liquid may leak).

Rear bumper




-open the trunk lid.
-in the trunk opening, Unscrew the four screws (twisted from top to bottom).
-in the trunk we free the edges of the side trims (you need to gain access to the inside of the wings).
-behind the skins, in the wings, Unscrew three screws on each side.
-Unscrew the five screws (twisted from bottom to top) that secure the lower part.
-in the wheel arches, Unscrew the screws that secure the fender liners to the bumper.

-behind the fender liners, Unscrew one screw on each side (twisted from bottom to top) that secure the corners to the wings.
-with an assistant, pull the bumper back (make sure not to break the wires).
-disconnect the connectors from the license plate lighting and parking sensors (if equipped).
