How to remove the front and rear bumper of an Opel Antara


-under the hood, take out the pistons that secure the trim and Unscrew the two screws that secure the upper part.
-turn the wheels to the left or right, depending on which side we will disassemble first.
-in the wheel arches, Unscrew the screws that secure the fender liners.
-move the fender liners to the side and unscrew one screw on each side that secures the bumper to the wings.

- along the perimeter in the lower part we take out the caps (inserted from bottom to top).
-with an assistant, release the corners from the latches in the wings.
-remove the bumper from the guides toward you.
-remove the connector from the fog lights (if equipped).
-remove the connector from the parking sensors (if equipped).
-if there are headlight washers, disconnect the hoses (to prevent the liquid from leaking onto the ground, you should prepare a special container).

Rear bumper





-open the trunk lid.
-Unscrew two screws on each side and remove the rear lights.
-Unscrew the screws under the rear lights.
-unscrew the screws and pull out the pistons at the bottom (twisted and inserted from bottom to top).
-Unscrew the screws in the wheel arches and release the linings.

-behind the fender liners, Unscrew one screw on each side that secures the corners to the wings (twisted from bottom to top).
-with an assistant, release the latches in the wings.
-remove the bumper from the guides toward you.
-remove the connector from the parking sensors (if equipped).
