How to remove front and rear bumper Opel INSIGNIA (2006+)

-under the hood, Unscrew the six screws that secure the top (spun down).
-turn the wheels to the left or right side, depending on which side we will disassemble first.
-in the wheel wells, Unscrew the screws (three on each side) that secure the fender liner.
-around the bottom of the pull out the caps (inserted from the bottom up).

-with an assistant, we release the corners from the latches in the wings and under the headlights.
-behind the bumper, along the edges of the lower part of the radiator, loosen the two screws that secure the brackets and unscrew the screw near the left bracket (shown with green arrows in the figure).
-remove the bumper from the rails towards you.
-in the lower grille, remove the connector from the temperature sensor (if any).
-remove the connector from the fog lights (if any).
-remove the connector from the parking sensors (if any).
-if there are headlight washers, disconnect the hoses (so that the liquid does not leak to the ground, a special container should be prepared).

Rear bumper

-Open the trunk lid.
-open the hatches in the side skins (remove the edges of the skins), you need to gain access to the back of the rear lights.
-under the hatches, Unscrew the two plastic nuts and remove the rear lights.
-under the rear lights release the clips.
- take out the caps in the lower part (inserted from the bottom up).

-Unscrew three screws on each side in the wheel arches.
-with an assistant, release the latches in the wings, under the rear lights and in the trunk opening.
-remove the bumper from the rails towards you.
-remove the connector from the license plate light.
-remove the connector from the parking sensors (if any).
