How to remove front and rear bumper Opel ZAFIRA B (2005-2011)

-under the hood take out the caps that secure the grille (inserted from top to bottom).
-remove the grille from the lower latches upward.
-under the grille, Unscrew the screws.
-turn the wheels to the left or right side, depending on which side we will disassemble first.

-in the wheel wells, Unscrew the screws that attach the fender liner to the bumper.
-on the perimeter at the bottom, Unscrew the screws and take out the caps (twisted and inserted from the bottom up).
-with an assistant, release the corners from the latches in the wings and remove the bumper from the rails towards you.
-remove the connector from the fog lights (if any).
-remove the connector from the parking sensors (if any).
-remove the connector from the temperature sensor in the lower grille (if any).
-if there are headlight washers, disconnect the hoses (so that the liquid does not leak to the ground, a special container should be prepared).

Rear bumper

-Open the trunk lid.
-Unscrew the screws in the wheel arches (in order not to remove the wheels it is more convenient to turn with a ratchet with a nozzle).
-take out the caps at the bottom (inserted from the bottom up).

-with an assistant, release the latches in the wings, under the rear lights and in the trunk opening.
-remove the bumper from the rails towards you.
-remove the connector from the parking sensors (if any).
