How to remove the front and rear bumper of a VW Touran (after 2010)

-under the hood, unscrew one screw on each side near the headlights (twisted from top to bottom).
-we unscrew the wheels to the left or right, depending on which side you will disassemble.
-in the wheel arches, Unscrew the screws that secure the fender liners to the bumper.
-move the fender liners to the side and unscrew one screw on each side (twisted from bottom to top).

-Unscrew the screws around the perimeter at the bottom of the bumper (twisted from bottom to top).
-with an assistant, pull the corners of the bumper to the sides and pull it into the front from the guides.
-now you can disconnect the connectors from the fog lights (if any).
-remove the connector from the parking sensors (if equipped).
-if there are headlight washers, disconnect the hoses from the injectors and close them with plugs so that liquid does not leak out of the reservoir.

Rear bumper

-Unscrew the screws in the wheel arches that secure the fender liners.
-move the fender liners to the side and take out one piston on each side (inserted from bottom to top). Some models may have bolts instead of pistons.
-Unscrew the screws at the bottom (twisted from bottom to top).

-with an assistant, pull the edges to the sides and pull the bumper back from the guides.
-in some models there may be bolts under the rear lights.
-remove the connector from the parking sensors (if equipped).
