How to remove the front and rear bumper of VW Sharan, SEAT Alhambra (after 2000)

-under the hood, Unscrew the four radiator grille screws (twisted from top to bottom).
-we unscrew the wheels to the left or right, depending on which side you will disassemble.
-Unscrew the screws in the wheel arches.
-Unscrew the three screws at the bottom of the bumper (twisted from bottom to top).
-with an assistant, pull the corners of the bumper to the sides and pull it forward from the guides.
-now you can disconnect the connectors from the fog lights (if any).

-remove the connector from the parking sensors (if equipped).
-if there are headlight washers, disconnect the hoses from the injectors and close them with plugs so that liquid does not leak out of the reservoir.

Rear bumper

The bumper is removed along with the amplifier.
-Unscrew the screws in the wheel arches (in order not to remove the wheels, it is more convenient to unscrew them with a ratchet with an attachment).
-under the car, unscrew two nuts on each side that secure the amplifier to the side members.
-remove the trims under the rear lights and Unscrew one screw on each side.

-with an assistant, pull the edges off the guides and pull the bumper back.
-remove the connector from the parking sensors (if equipped).
