Depending on the body type, there are two options for bumpers.
First option.
- remove the license plate together with the frame.
- pull out the plugs under the license plate and unscrew the two screws.
- unscrew the screws at the bottom (screwed from the bottom up).
- unscrew the screws in the wheel arches.
- with an assistant, remove the bumper from the guides in the fenders.
The second option.
- you need to unscrew three screws, lift the radiator grille and release the trim.
- unscrew the four screws that secure the top of the bumper.
-unscrew the screws at the bottom (screwed from bottom to top).
-unscrew the screws in the wheel arches.
-with an assistant, remove the bumper from the guides in the fenders.
The bumper is removed together with the amplifier.
-open the trunk lid (door).
-unscrew two screws in the trunk opening.
-unscrew the screws in the wheel arches.
-unscrew the screws that secure the bottom of the bumper.
-from the bottom side, unscrew four screws that secure the bumper amplifier to the body.
- pull the bumper back from the guides in the wings (look at the wires).
- disconnect the electrical equipment connectors (if any).
