How to Remove Front and Rear Bumper Pontiac G5

-open the hood.
-under the hood, pull out the pins (there may be screws) that secure the upper part.
- we turn the wheels to the left or right side, depending on which side we will disassemble first.

- in the wheel arches we unscrew the screws that secure the fender liners (front part).
- move the fenders to the side and unscrew one screw on each side (screwed from the bottom up), which secure the corners of the bumper to the fenders.

- from the bottom side, pull out the pins and unscrew the screws (screwed and inserted from the bottom up).
-with an assistant, release the corners from the latches in the wings (pull towards you).

-pull the bumper forward.
-remove the connector from the fog lights (if any).

-open the trunk lid.
-(sedan) in the trunk opening, unscrew the screws that secure the taillights.
-in the trunk, release the side trims.
-behind the trims, unscrew the nuts and remove the taillights.
-under the taillights, unscrew the screws and release the latches.
-unscrew the screws (there may be pins) in the trunk opening.
-unscrew the screws and pull out the pins from the bottom side (screwed and inserted from the bottom up).

-unscrew the screws in the wheel arches and release the fender liners.
-(if any) behind the fender liners, unscrew one screw on each side that secure the corners to the fenders.
-with an assistant, release the latches in the fenders (pull the corners towards you).
-remove the bumper from the guides back.
- remove connectors from electrical equipment (if any).
