How to Remove Front and Rear Bumper Chrysler Town & Country (Voyager) (1996-2007)


-open the hood.
-unscrew three screws on each side and remove the headlights.
-in the headlight opening, unscrew the screws that secure the bumper to the fenders (there may be nuts).

-unscrew the screws (screwed from top to bottom) that secure the upper part (the screws that secure the radiator grille to the bumper do not need to be unscrewed).
- unscrew the screws (screwed from the bottom up) along the perimeter at the bottom.
- turn the wheels to the left or right, depending on which side you will disassemble.
- unscrew the screws in the wheel arches and release the fender liners.
- behind the fender liners, unscrew one screw on each side that secure the corners to the fenders.

- with an assistant, carefully pull the bumper towards you.
- remove the connectors from the fog lights (if any).
- if there are headlight washers, disconnect the hoses on the right side.

Rear bumper




-in the wheel arches, unscrew the screws that secure the mudguards (in order not to remove the wheels, it is more convenient to unscrew with a ratchet with a nozzle).
-in the corners of the trunk opening, unscrew two screws.

-in the lower part, pull out the pins (inserted from bottom to top).
- with an assistant, carefully pull the bumper towards you from the guides.
- remove the connectors from the electrical equipment (if any).
