-unscrew the wheels to the left or right, depending on which side you will disassemble.
-in the wheel arches, unscrew four screws on each side that secure the fender liners to the bumper.
-open the hood and remove the radiator grille (the upper part is held on by latches, the lower one is inserted into the bumper). In order not to remove the hood release lever, the grille can be unfolded and folded up.
-Unscrew the bolts under the grille (three screwed from top to bottom and one on each side of the headlights).
-Remove the side grilles from both sides of the bumper and unscrew one bolt under them on each side.
-Pull the bumper off the guides towards you.
-Remove the connectors from the duplicate turn signals (if any).
Rear bumper
-in the wheel arches, unscrew the screws that secure the fender liners to the bumper (in order not to remove the wheels, you can use a ratchet with a nozzle).
-from the trunk, through the hatches, unscrew the nuts and remove the taillights.
-under the taillights, unscrew one bolt on each side (screwed from top to bottom).
-at the bottom of the car, at the corners and in the middle, unscrew three bolts (screwed from bottom to top).
-pull the bumper back from the guides (it is better to do this together, so as not to scratch the paint on the fenders).
-remove the license plate light connector under the left rear light.
-bumper removed.
