How to remove front and rear bumper Saab 9-3 (1998-2003)

-open the hood.
-release the latches under the hood and remove the radiator grille.
-unscrew the screws and remove the headlights.
-disconnect the washer hoses (if any).
-unscrew the two screws behind the headlights (screwed from top to bottom), which secure the bumper reinforcement to the body.

-unscrew the screws along the perimeter of the lower part, which secure the protection.
- turn the wheels to the side.
- unscrew the screws in the wheel arches and release the fender liners (front part).
- with an assistant, pull the bumper forward from the guides in the wings (look for the wires).
- disconnect the electrical equipment connectors.

Rear bumper

- open the trunk lid.
- remove the rear panel trim in the trunk.
- unscrew the four nuts behind the rear panel trim that secure the bumper reinforcement to the body.

-in the wheel arches, unscrew the screws (drill out the rivets) that secure the fender liners.
-with an assistant, carefully pull the bumper back from the clips in the fenders (look for the wires).
-disconnect the electrical equipment connectors (if any).
