Front bumper
- open the hood.
- under the hood, pull out one (three) pistons and unscrew the two screws that secure the upper part of the bumper.
- (if any) pull out two pistons in the lower radiator grille (inserted from the bottom up).
- from the bottom side, unscrew the screws and pull out the pistons that secure the lower part.
- turn the wheels to the side.
- in the wheel arches, release the fender liners (front part).
- move the fender liners to the side and unscrew one screw on each side (screwed from the bottom up), which secure the corners of the bumper to the fenders.
- with an assistant, release the latches in the fenders (pull the corners towards you).
- pull the bumper forward (look for wires).
- disconnect the electrical equipment connectors (if any).
Rear bumper
-open the trunk lid.
-in the trunk opening, pull out the plugs and unscrew the two screws behind them.
-remove the rear panel trim.
-unscrew the four nuts behind the trim.
-pull out the pins that secure the lower part (inserted from bottom to top).
-in the wheel arches, release the fender liners (rear part).
-move the fenders to the side and unscrew one screw on each side (screwed from the bottom up), which secure the corners of the bumper to the fenders.
-with an assistant, release the latches in the fenders (pull the corners towards you).
- carefully pull the bumper back (watch the wires).
- disconnect the electrical equipment connectors (if any).
