How to remove front and rear bumper VW Atlas/Teramont

-open the hood.
-under the hood, unscrew the four screws that secure the radiator grille.
-release the lower part from the latches and remove the radiator grille.
-from the bottom side, unscrew the screws (screwed from the bottom up), which secure the lower part of the bumper and the fender linings.
-release the fender linings from the bumper (held by latches, pull towards you).
-turn the wheels to the side.
-unscrew the screws in the wheel arches and release the fender liners (front part).

-move the fender liners to the side and unscrew one screw on each side that secure the bumper corners to the fenders.
-release the latches in the fenders (pull the bumper corners towards you).
-release the upper part of the bumper from the latches under the radiator grille.
-with an assistant, carefully pull the bumper forward (watch the wires).
-disconnect the electrical equipment connectors.

Rear bumper

-open the trunk lid.
-unscrew the screws from the bottom and pull out the pins (screwed and inserted from the bottom up), which secure the bottom of the bumper.
-release the fender linings from the bumper (held by latches, pull towards you).
-unscrew the screws in the wheel arches and release the fender liners (rear part).
-unscrew one screw on each side, which secure the corners of the bumper to the fenders.
-release the latches in the fenders (pull the corners of the bumper towards you).

-release the latches under the rear lights.
-with an assistant, pull the bumper back (look for the wires).
-disconnect the electrical equipment connectors (if any).
