How to remove the front and rear bumper Suzuki Grand Vitara 2 (XL-7) (1998-2005)

-open the hood.
-under the hood, pull out the pins that secure the radiator grille.
-release from the latches at the bottom and remove the radiator grille.
-under the grille, pull out the pins.
-unscrew the three bolts (screwed from the bottom up), which secure the lower part.
-turn the wheels depending on which side we are going to disassemble.

-in the wheel arches, unscrew one screw on each side (screwed from the bottom up), which secure the corners of the bumper to the fenders.
-with an assistant, carefully pull the bumper forward (be careful not to tear the wires).
-remove the connectors from the electrical equipment (if any).

Rear bumper

-open the trunk lid.
-in the trunk opening, pull out the pins that secure the upper part.
-unscrew four screws along the perimeter of the lower part (screwed from bottom to top).
-unscrew the screws in the wheel arches.
-with an assistant, carefully pull the bumper back.
-disconnect the electrical equipment connectors (if any).
