How to Remove Front and Rear Bumper Chevrolet (Oldsmobile) Alero

-open the hood.
-pull out four clips under the hood.
-turn the wheels to the side.
-unscrew the screws in the wheel arches that secure the mudguards.

-unscrew the screws behind the mudguards (screwed from the bottom up) that secure the corners to the fenders.
-pull out the clips in the lower part and release the latches.
- with an assistant, carefully pull the bumper forward (be careful not to tear the wires).
- remove the connectors from the electrical equipment (if any).

Rear bumper

- unscrew the screws in the wheel arches, release the fender liners.

-unscrew the screws behind the fender liners
-open the trunk lid.

-remove the trunk trim.
-unscrew the screws and nuts behind the trim.

- we climb under the car and unscrew the screws and nuts.
- we unscrew the screws in the trunk opening.

- with an assistant, carefully pull the bumper back (be careful not to tear the wires).
- disconnect the electrical equipment connectors (if any).
