You need to unscrew the two bolts that secure the bumper to the brackets. Open the hood and in front of the headlights, through the openings, unscrew one bolt on each side (screwed from top to bottom) with a hex head. If the bolts do not give in, you can unscrew the nuts that secure the brackets to the side members (you need to remove the headlights). You can adjust the gaps with the brackets. Next, unscrew the screws that secure the fender liners and protection (if any). Now, with an assistant, pull the bumper forward (pay attention to the reasons for the fog lights).
Rear bumper
It is held on by two bolts. Open the trunk and lift the carpet. Remove the plastic protection and unscrew the nuts underneath that secure the taillight. Remove the taillight and unscrew the two bolts underneath it (screwed from top to bottom, Allen head) that secure the bumper reinforcement to the brackets. Next, with an assistant, pull the bumper off the runners in the wings back.
