How to remove front and rear bumper BMW 3-series E30

To remove the front bumper, you usually need to unscrew only two bolts (under the internal hex), which are twisted from the bottom up. If the bolts are stuck or the edges are licked, you can unscrew the mounting plates on the bumper (two nuts per side), or disconnect the shock absorbers themselves (three nuts per side), although these options are much more complicated than the main one.


-Unscrew the mounting bolts.
-pull off the bumper from the side rails.

-if there are headlight washers, remove the hoses from the nozzles.

the places of attachment of the rear bumper of the BMW 3-series E30-in the wheel arches, unscrew the fender liner (in order not to remove the wheels, you can use a ratchet with a nozzle for a curly screwdriver).
-remove the lining of the trunk.
-using a 13 wrench, unscrew three nuts on each side.
-pull the bumper towards you from the side rails.
