How to Remove Front and Rear Bumper Pontiac G8

Front bumper
- open the hood.
- under the hood we pull out four pistons that secure the upper part.
- we turn the wheels to the left or right side, depending on which side we will disassemble first.

- in the wheel arches we unscrew the screws that secure the fender liners (front part).
- we move the fender liners to the side and unscrew two screws on each side (screwed from the bottom up), which secure the corners of the bumper to the fenders.
- from the bottom side, unscrew the four screws (screwed from the bottom up).

- with an assistant, release the latches under the headlights.
- pull the bumper forward.
- remove the connector from the fog lights.

-open the trunk lid.
-unscrew the screws from the bottom (screwed from the bottom up).
- pull out two pistons on each side in the wheel arches and release the fender liners.

- (if any) behind the fender liners, unscrew one screw on each side that secures the corners to the fenders.
-release the latches in the wings (pull the corners towards you).

-release the latches under the taillights.
-with an assistant, pull the bumper back.
-remove the connectors from the electrical equipment.
