Depending on the year of manufacture and body type, the mounting locations differ slightly.
To remove the front bumper, you need to unscrew the two screws (screwed from top to bottom) under the headlights that secure the bumper reinforcement to the body. Unscrew the screws in the wheel arches and release the clips in the fenders. Then, with an assistant, pull the bumper forward (look for the wires). Disconnect the electrical wiring connectors and headlight washer hoses (if any).
Rear bumper
From the trunk, unscrew the four nuts that secure the bumper reinforcement to the body. Unscrew the screws in the wheel arches and release the clips in the fenders. Pull the bumper back and release the electrical wiring connectors (if any).
