How to remove front and rear bumper VW Arteon

-open the hood.
-under the hood, unscrew the screws that secure the radiator grille.
-from the bottom, unscrew the screws (screwed from the bottom up) that secure the lower part of the bumper.
-turn the wheels to the side.
-pull out the pins in the wheel arches and release the fender liners (front part).
-move the fender liners to the side and unscrew the screws that secure the corners of the bumper to the fenders.
-release the clips in the fenders (pull the corners of the bumper towards you).
-under the hood, release the upper part of the bumper from the clips.

-with an assistant, carefully pull the bumper forward (watch the wires and hoses).
-disconnect the electrical equipment connectors.
-(if any) disconnect the headlight washer hoses (fluid may leak).

Rear bumper

-open the trunk lid.
- from the bottom side, unscrew the screws and pull out the pins (screwed and inserted from the bottom up), which secure the bottom of the bumper.
- in the wheel arches, pull out the pins and release the fender liners (rear part).
- behind the fender liners, unscrew one screw on each side, which secure the corners of the bumper to the fenders.
- release the latches in the fenders (pull the corners of the bumper towards you).
- release the latches under the taillights.

- with an assistant, pull the bumper back (look at the wires).
- disconnect the electrical equipment connectors.
