How to remove the front and rear bumper Subaru B9 Tribeca (2005-2007)

-open the hood.
-under the hood take out the caps that secure the trim and the top, remove the trim.
-turn the wheels, depending on which side we will disassemble.

-in the wheel arches release the fender liner.
-for the fender liner, we take out one piston on each side (inserted from the bottom up) that attach the corners of the bumper to the wings.

-take out the seven caps (inserted from the bottom up) that secure the lower part.

-with an assistant, release the latches in the wings (pull the corners towards you) and pull the bumper forward (be careful not to break the wires).
-remove connectors from electrical equipment (if any).

Rear bumper

-Open the trunk lid.
-in the opening of the trunk take out the caps and remove the lining.

- take out the caps that secure the lower part.

-in the wheel arches release the fender liner.
-for the fender liner, we take out one piston on each side (inserted from the bottom up) that attach the corners of the bumper to the wings.

-with an assistant, release the latches in the wings and carefully pull the bumper back.
-disconnect electrical connectors (if any).
