How to remove the front and rear bumper of a Chevrolet Epica (after 2006)

How to remove the front and rear bumper of a Chevrolet Epica (after 2006)


-open the hood.
-under the hood take out the caps and remove the trim.
-under the trim, Unscrew the two screws that secure the top.
-Unscrew three screws on each side (spun down) and pull out the headlights.
-in the openings of the headlights, Unscrew one screw and take out two pistons on each side.
-turn the wheels to the left or right side, depending on which side we will disassemble first.
-wheel arches take out the caps that secure the fender liner.
-Unscrew one screw on each side (spun up). Which attach the corners to the wings.
-around the perimeter at the bottom, take out the caps.

-we release the latch in the wings (pull the corners towards you).
-pulls the bumper forward (be careful not to break the wires).
-remove the connector from the electrical equipment (if any).

Rear bumper





-Open the trunk lid.
-in the opening of the trunk, Unscrew two screws on each side and pull out the rear lights (hold on the latches).

-take out the caps under the rear lights.
-take out the caps around the perimeter of the bottom.
-Unscrew the screws in the wheel arches and release the fender liner.
- unscrew one screw on each side (spun up) that attach the corners to the wings.
-release the latches in the wings (pull the corners towards you)
-remove the bumper back.
-remove connectors from electrical equipment (if any).
