How to remove the front and rear bumper Renault Vel Satis

-open the hood.
-under the hood, pull out the pins (inserted from top to bottom), which secure the upper part.
-unscrew the screws along the perimeter of the lower part and pull out the pins.
-turn the wheels to the side.
-in the wheel arches, unscrew the screws, pull out the pins and release the fender liners (front part).

-move the fender liners to the side and unscrew one screw on each side that secure the bumper corners to the fenders.
-pull the bumper forward from the guides (look for wires and hoses).
-disconnect the electrical equipment connectors.
-disconnect the headlight washer hoses (fluid may leak).

Rear bumper

-open the trunk lid.
-remove the taillights.
-under the taillights, unscrew two screws on each side.
-from the bottom, unscrew three screws and remove the protection.
-behind the protection, unscrew the screws that secure the lower part.
-in the wheel arches, unscrew three screws on each side that secure the fender liners.

-move the fender liners to the side and unscrew one screw on each side that secure the bumper corners to the fenders.
-release the clips in the fenders and, with an assistant, pull the bumper back (watch the wires).
-disconnect the electrical equipment connectors.
