How to remove front and rear bumper Alfa Romeo 156

-open the hood.
-under the hood, Unscrew the two screws, take out the two pistons and remove the grille.
-under the grille, Unscrew the four screws that secure the top.

-Unscrew the five screws around the perimeter of the bottom.
-turn the wheels to the side.

-in the wheel wells, Unscrew the screws and release the fender liner.
-move the fender liner to the side and Unscrew two screws on each side that attach the corners of the bumper to the wings.
-pulls the bumper forward (be careful not to break the wires).
-disconnect the fog lamp connectors.

Rear bumper

-Open the trunk lid.
-in the opening of the trunk, Unscrew the four screws.
-in the trunk, we release the side trim (you need to gain access to the inside of the wings).
-for the skins, Unscrew three screws on each side.
-Unscrew the five screws around the perimeter of the lower part.

-in the wheel arches, Unscrew three screws on each side that secure the fender liner (in order not to remove the wheels, you need to unscrew it with a ratchet with a nozzle).
-move the fender liner to the side and Unscrew one screw on each side (spun up) that attach the corners to the wings.
-with an assistant, pull the bumper back (be careful not to break the wires).
-disconnect the lamp connectors.
