Add. Information: In 1998, the production of a version with a three-door body was launched. The car was equipped with a 1.6-liter 105 hp engine. The choice was offered by a five-speed manual transmission or a V-belt variator. The car could be both front-wheel drive and all-wheel drive. The DPS system was used to transfer torque to the rear wheels.
In 1999, a five-door version appeared. The engine could now be optionally equipped with the VTEC system and have a power output of 124 hp.
In 2001, the HR-V underwent a slight restyling, which touched on some elements of the external and internal decoration.
In 2003, the three-door version was discontinued.
In 2006, the model was discontinued.
