Audi model 80 B2 (Typ 81,85) belongs to entry-level luxury compact executive car class. Represents the “D (large cars)” market segment. The car was offered with 2/4-door sedan body shapes between the years 1978 and 1986. A major change (“face lift”) during a model run occurred in 1984. Cars were equipped with range of engines of 1272 – 2144 cc (77.4 – 130.8 cui) displacement, delivering 40 – 100 kW (54 – 136 PS, 54 – 134 hp) of power. Audi 80 B2 (Typ 81,85) is constructionally closely related also to AUDI 90 B2, AUDI COUPE B2, AUDI 4000.
