TECU v3.7.0.11 is designed to diagnose almost all cars. Works with both regular K-line adapter and ELM327 adapter.
At the moment, the program supports diagnostics of the main blocks of Toyota cars starting somewhere in 1996 (when the K-line appeared on the car) and around 2006 (before cars switched to the CAN bus).
