2Gb Memory 200Gb hard disk space.
Change - now not one file but many - it's more convenient to download.

Download the folder with the virtual machine, start VMWare workstation player, select the open virtual machine menu item
Select the folder where you downloaded it to run the Windows 7.vmx file. There are no passwords for codes.
