Description: Works on all versions of ISTA / P, ISPI NEXT.
V2.0 New features / changes
Native emulator added to provide K + DCAN USB cable for use with ISTA / P without VMware
Ignition controls Kl15 added to K + DCAN (only visible when emulator is running).
A notification icon that is added with manual shutdown controls.
Loader is now minimized to the notification area to launch ISTA / P (safe immode so as not to close it by mistake)
Desktop Icon display problem fixed (applies to Windows XP)
Some code improvements and minor fixes.
Add. info: How to install (please read this and follow exactly the instructions).
1. First, disable the anti-virus and run the network configuration tool (NetworkTool.exe) (IMPORTANT - must be running, otherwise the emulator will not work).
Note: This will take about 30 seconds.
Then check in the network connections, you should see a USB network connection.
2. Install .NET 4 platforms (do not skip this step - loader will not work if not installed).
Note: For Windows XP NET Framework 2 and 4 must be installed
3. Install Java Runtime (do not skip this step - loader will not work if not installed).
4. Install the stained Ediabas 7.3.
5. A copy of the bootloader for the desktop.
How to use with K + DCAN
First, install your K + DCAN cable and configure the COM port (the default port number for the patched EDIABAS is COM9).
1. Disable firewall and disable Wi-Fi.
2. Connect the K + DCAN cable and connect the cable to the machine.
3. Run the bootloader
4. Press the "Start K + DCAN ICOM Emulator Button" once. Then wait until the emulator notifications appear.
5. Click BMW or Mini brand. ISTA / P will now start up.
6. Select K + DCAN in the connection manager.
Note: when ISTA / P asks for ignition on / off when programming, use the Kl15 controls located in the notification area on the taskbar (right-click on the ISTA / P notification icon). The default is "ON". During operation, the program asks to turn off / turn on the ignition of the car.
How to close ISTA / P ????
Close / P window ISTA. Then the bootloader is safe to shutdown everything. You can also use the off button on the ISTA / P notification icon.
