ELSA 5.0 update

Description: Program - upgrade from ElsaWin version 4.x to version 5.0.
In addition to the mandatory ElsaWin 4.x installed, the following components must also be installed:
1. Microsoft Installer MSI 4.5 (or higher)
2. Microsoft .Net 3.5 SP1 (or higher)
3. Microsoft Power Shell 1.0 (or higher)
The distribution (in the Redist directory) contains the above components for 32-bit Russian-language versions of Windows Xp and Windows Server 2003. (To install Microsoft Power Shell 1.0, you must have the .NET Framework Version 2.0 pre-installed).
In modern operating systems (Windows 7, 8), some of these components are already included in the system.
P.S. The size of this update has "slightly" increased compared to previous updates due to the presence of the SQL server, the installer of which is included in the ElsaWin service pack.
