How to Remove Front and Rear Bumper Pontiac Montana (2005-2009)

Front bumper
-open the hood.
-under the hood, take out the pins that secure the upper part.
-from the bottom, unscrew the screws and take out the pins that secure the lower part.
-turn the wheels to the side.

-unscrew the screws in the wheel arches and release the fender liners (front part).
-move the fender liners to the side and unscrew two screws and one nut on each side that secure the corners to the fenders.
-with an assistant, pull the bumper forward (watch the wires).
-disconnect the electrical equipment connectors (if any).

-open the trunk lid.
-in the trunk opening, pull out the pins that secure the upper part.
-release the fasteners from the bottom side.
- in the wheel arches, unscrew the screws and pull out the pins that secure the mudguards.

- behind the mudguards, release the fasteners of the bumper corners to the wing.
- with an assistant, carefully pull the bumper back (watch the wires).
- disconnect the parking sensor connectors.
