How to Remove Front and Rear Bumper Pontiac Wave

Front bumper
- open the hood.
- under the hood we take out the pins that secure the radiator grille and the upper part of the bumper.
-(Hatchback) remove the radiator grille and headlights, pull out the pins from the top and bottom that secure the bumper to the amplifier.

-(Sedan) unscrew the nuts from the bottom that secure the bumper amplifier to the body.
-turn the wheels to the side.

-in the wheel arches, pull out the pins and unscrew the screws that secure the fender liners (front part).
-behind the fender liners, unscrew two screws on each side that secure the corners of the bumper to the fenders.

-pull the bumper forward (watch the wires).
-disconnect the electrical equipment connectors (if any).

-open the trunk lid.
-unscrew the screws in the trunk opening.
- remove the trunk trim.

-(Sedan) unscrew the screws and nuts on the inside of the fenders.
-(Hatchback) unscrew the nuts from the trunk.
- unscrew the screws that secure the lower part.

- in the wheel arches, pull out the pins that secure the fender liners.
- (if any) behind the fender liners, unscrew the screws that secure the corners of the bumper to the fenders.

- carefully pull the bumper back (watch the wires).
-disconnect the electrical equipment connectors (if any).
