How to remove the front and rear bumper Toyota RAV4 CA30W (2005-2012)

-under the hood, pull out the pins and remove the trim.
-under the trim, unscrew the screws and pull out the pins that secure the radiator grille and the upper part of the bumper to the upper bar.
-along the perimeter of the lower part, unscrew the screws (screwed from the bottom up).
-turn the wheels to the left or right side, depending on which side
we will disassemble first.

-in the wheel arches, we pull out the clips that attach the fender liners to the bumper.
-we move the fender liners to the side and unscrew one screw on each side that attach the corners of the bumper to the fenders.
-with an assistant, we release the corners from the latches in the fenders and remove the bumper from the guides towards ourselves.
-remove the connector from the fog lights (if any).
-remove the connector from the parking sensors (if any).
-if there are headlight washers, disconnect the hoses (to prevent the liquid from leaking onto the ground, you should prepare a special container).

Rear bumper

-open the trunk lid, unscrew the four screws in the threshold (screwed from top to bottom) and the screws near the rear lights.
-in the wheel arches, unscrew the screws that secure the mudguards (in order not to remove the wheels, it is more convenient to unscrew with a ratchet with a nozzle).
-along the perimeter in the lower part, unscrew the screws and pull out the pistons (screwed and inserted from bottom to top).

- move the fender liners to the side and unscrew one screw on each side that secure the bumper to the fenders (screwed from the bottom up) (may not be there).

- with an assistant, release the bumper from the latches in the fenders and remove it towards yourself (the door should be half open).
- remove the connector from the parking sensor (if any).
