How to Remove Front and Rear Bumper Toyota Yaris (1999-2005)

-turn the wheels to the left or right side, depending on which side we will disassemble first.
-unscrew the screws in the wheel arches and take out the pins that secure the fender liners and guides to the bumper.
-under the hood, take out the pins (inserted from top to bottom) that secure the upper part.
-unscrew the screws along the perimeter of the lower part (screwed from bottom to top).
-with an assistant, release the corners from the latches in the wings and remove the bumper from the guides towards you.
-remove the connector from the fog lights (if any).
-remove the connector from the parking sensors (if any).
Rear bumper
-open the trunk lid.
- in the trunk opening under the rear lights, we pull out the plugs and unscrew the screws.
- in the wheel arches, we unscrew the screws and pull out the pins that secure the fender liners to the bumper.
- along the perimeter in the lower part, we unscrew the screws (screwed from the bottom up).
- with an assistant, release the bumper from the latches in the fenders and remove it from the guides towards ourselves.
- remove the connector from the parking sensors (if any).
- remove the connectors from additional equipment (if any).
