How to remove the front and rear bumper Renault Latitude

Depending on the year of manufacture, the mounting locations differ slightly.
Front bumper
- open the hood.
- unscrew the screws under the hood and pull out the pins that secure the radiator grille (since 2014, the upper part of the bumper).

- (before 2014) remove the radiator grille and unscrew the screws underneath it.
-unscrew the screws around the perimeter of the lower part of the bumper (screwed from the bottom up).
-depending on which side we are going to disassemble, turn out the wheels.
-release the fender liners in the wheel arches.

-unscrew one screw on each side behind the fender liners, which secure the corners of the bumper to the fenders.
-release the latches in the fenders (pull the corners towards you).
-with an assistant, pull the bumper forward (be careful not to tear the wires).
-disconnect the electrical equipment connectors.

Rear bumper





-open the trunk lid.
- remove the taillights (fastened with nuts from the trunk behind the trim).
- pull out the pins under the taillights.
- unscrew the screws along the perimeter of the lower part and pull out the pins.
- release the fender liners in the wheel arches (rear part).

-move the fender liners to the side and unscrew one screw on each side that secure the bumper corners to the fenders.
-release the latches in the fenders (pull the corners towards you).
-with an assistant, pull the bumper back (look for the wires).
-disconnect the electrical equipment connectors (if any).
