How to remove the front and rear bumper Subaru Forester SG (2005-2008)

-open the hood.
-under the hood, pull out the pins that secure the upper part.
-along the perimeter of the lower part, pull out the pins (inserted from the bottom up).
-turn out the wheels depending on which side we are going to disassemble.
-in the wheel arches, release the fender liners.
-behind the fender liners, pull out one pin on each side (inserted from the bottom up), which secure the corners of the bumper to the fenders.
-(if any) pull out the headlight washers, release them from the latches and remove the caps.
-with an assistant, carefully release the latches in the fenders (pull the corners towards you) and pull the bumper forward (be careful not to tear the wires).
-remove the connectors from the electrical equipment (if any).
