How to remove the front and rear bumper Opel Astra J (after 2010)

-open the hood and unscrew the screws (asterisks) that secure the upper part (screwed from top to bottom).
-turn the wheels to the left or right side, depending on which side we will disassemble first.
-in the wheel arches, unscrew the screws that secure the fender liners to the bumper.
-along the perimeter of the lower part, pull out the pins and unscrew the screws (screwed and inserted from bottom to top).
- from under the car, loosen the two screws securing the brackets.
- with an assistant, release the corners from the latches in the fenders and remove the bumper from the guides towards you.
- remove the connector from the fog lights (if any).
- remove the connector from the parking sensors (if any).
- if there are headlight washers, disconnect the hoses (to prevent the liquid from leaking onto the ground, you should prepare a special container).
Rear bumper
-open the trunk lid.
-open the hatches in the side trims (you need to access the back of the taillights).
-unscrew the nuts under the hatches and remove the taillights.
-unscrew the screws under the taillights (screwed from top to bottom) (there may be pins).
-remove the license plate together with the frame.
-unscrew two screws under the frame.
-pull out the pins at the bottom (inserted from bottom to top).
-unscrew the screws in the wheel arches that secure the fender liners to the bumper (in order not to remove the wheels, it is more convenient to turn with a ratchet with a nozzle).
-with an assistant, release the latches in the fenders, under the taillights and in the trunk opening.
-remove the bumper from the guides towards you.
-remove the connector from the license plate light.
-remove the connector from the parking sensors (if any).
