How to remove front and rear bumper VW Touran (pre 2010)

Depending on the year of manufacture and model variant, the mounting locations differ.
Before 2006.
-Unscrew two screws under the hood, remove two clips near the lock and remove the radiator grille forward.
-Unscrew two screws under the grille (screwed from top to bottom).
-Unscrew the screws around the perimeter at the bottom of the bumper (screwed from bottom to top).
-Unscrew the wheels to the left or right, depending on which side you will disassemble.
-Unscrew the screws in the wheel arches that secure the fender liners to the bumper.
-Move the fender liners to the side and take out one piston on each side (inserted from bottom to top).
-unscrew one screw on each side in the openings for the fog lights.
-with an assistant, pull the bumper off the guides forward, in the direction of travel.
-remove the connectors from the fog lights and parking sensors (if any).
After 2006.
The main difference is in the radiator grille.
-unscrew two screws at the top and two at the bottom of the radiator grille.
-release the latches and remove the radiator grille.
The rest of the differences with the model before 2006 are insignificant.
Rear bumper
Depending on the year of manufacture and model variant, the mounting locations differ.
- remove the rear light covers (fastened with latches).
- unscrew two bolts on each side under the covers and pull the lights off the ball-shaped latches with a sideways movement.
-Unscrew two screws on each side under the rear lights (screwed from top to bottom).
-Unscrew the screws in the wheel arches that secure the mudguards.
-Move the mudguards to the side and pull out one pin on each side (inserted from bottom to top).
-Unscrew the screws at the bottom of the bumper (screwed from bottom to top).
-With an assistant, pull the bumper back from the guides.
-Remove the connector from the parking sensor (if any).
