How to remove the front and rear bumper of Renault Espace 4 (2002-2014)

Depending on the year of manufacture, the mounting locations differ.
Front bumper
-open the hood.
-under the hood we take out the four pistons.
-from the bottom side, unscrew the screws (twisted from bottom to top) that secure the bottom of the bumper.
-depending on which side we will disassemble, turn the wheels out.
-in the wheel arches we take out the pistons and release the fender liners (front part).
-behind the fender liners, Unscrew one screw on each side that secures the corners of the bumper to the wings.
-release the latches in the wings (pull the corners toward you).
-pull the bumper forward (make sure not to break the wires).
-on the left side, remove the fog light connectors (if any).
Rear bumper
-open the trunk lid.
-(depending on the year) unscrew the screws and remove the covers.
-in the trunk opening, Unscrew the screws.
-in the upper part we take out two plugs and unscrew the screws under them.
-take out the pistons (inserted from bottom to top) that secure the lower part.
-in the wheel arches we take out the pistons and release the fender liners (no need to remove).
-we move the fender liners to the side and pull out the caps behind them that secure the corners of the bumper.
-release the latches in the wings (pull the corners toward you).
-pull the bumper back (look at the wires).
- disconnect the connectors of the electrical equipment (if any).
