How to remove the front and rear bumper of Renault Laguna 3 (2007-20015)

Depending on the year of manufacture and body type, the attachment points differ slightly.
Front bumper
-open the hood.
-under the hood, unscrew the two screws, take out the five pistons, and remove the front bumper shield.
-unscrew eight screws along the perimeter of the lower part (twisted from bottom to top).
-depending on which side we will disassemble, turn the wheels out.
-in the wheel arches, unscrew two screws on each side and release the fender liners.
-behind the fender liners, Unscrew one screw on each side that secures the corners of the bumper to the wings.
-release the latches in the wings (pull the corners toward you) and between the headlights.
-with an assistant, pull the bumper forward (make sure not to tear the wires and hoses).
-disconnect the connectors of the fog lights and the headlight washer hoses (if any).
Rear bumper
-open the trunk lid.
-open the hatches in the side trims of the trunk.
-behind the hatches, unscrew the screws and remove the rear lights.
-under the rear lights we take out the caps.
-unscrew the screws along the perimeter of the lower part and take out the pistons.
-in the wheel arches, unscrew the screws and release the fender liners (rear part).
-move the fender liners to the side and Unscrew the screws that secure the corners of the bumper to the wings.
-release the latches in the wings (pull the corners toward you).
-with an assistant, pull the bumper back (watch the wires).
- disconnect the connectors of the electrical equipment (if any).
