How to remove the front and rear bumper of a Subaru Forester SJ (from 2014)

-open the hood.
-under the hood we take out the pins that secure the radiator grille and the upper part of the bumper.
-take out the pistons (inserted from bottom to top) that secure the lower part.
-turn the wheels depending on which side we will disassemble.
-in the wheel arches we take out the pistons and release the fender liners.
-Unscrew one screw on each side that secures the corners of the bumper to the wings.
-(if any) pull out the headlight washers, release them from the latches and remove the caps.
-with an assistant, carefully release the latches in the wings (pull the corners toward you) and pull the bumper forward (be careful not to break the wires).
-remove the connectors from the electrical equipment (if any).
Rear bumper
-open the back door.
-in the trunk opening, Unscrew two screws.
- along the perimeter of the lower part we take out the caps (inserted from bottom to top).
-in the wheel arches we take out one piston on each side, which secures the corners of the bumper to the wings.
- release the latches in the wings (pull the corners towards you).
- with an assistant, carefully pull the bumper back.
- disconnect the connectors of the electrical equipment.
