How to Remove the Front and Rear Bumper of a Chevrolet Equinox (after 2010)

-open the hood.
-under the hood take out the caps and lift up the lining over the headlights.
-Unscrew the four screws that secure the top.
-turn the wheels to the left or right side, depending on which side we will disassemble first.
-in the wheel wells take out three pistons and Unscrew one screw on each side that secure the fender liner.
-Unscrew one screw on each side (spun up) that attach the corners to the wings.
-Unscrew the four screws at the bottom (spun up).
-we release the latches in the wings and under the headlights (pull the corners towards you). If they don’t come off in any way, you need to pry the latches with a thin screwdriver (we look so as not to damage the paint).
-pulls the bumper forward (be careful not to break the wires).
-remove the connector from the electrical equipment (if any).
Rear bumper
-Open the trunk lid.
-in the opening of the trunk, Unscrew two screws on each side.
- unscrew the screws around the perimeter of the lower part and take out the caps (twisted and inserted from the bottom up).
-Unscrew the screws one at a time and take out three pistons on each side in the wheel arches, release the fender liner.
-Unscrew one screw on each side (spun up) that attach the corners to the wings.
-we release the latch in the wings (pull the corners towards you).
-remove the bumper back.
-remove connectors from electrical equipment (if any).
