-unscrew the wheels left or right, depending on which side you will unscrew first
-in the wheel wells, Unscrew the bolts (8mm) that attach the fender liner to the bumper.
-at the edges of the fog lights, closer to the center of the bumper, Unscrew one bolt (under the inner sprocket) on each side (spun up).
-in the lower part at the corners of the bumper, depress the latches and pull the bumper slightly forward.
-remove the connectors from the fog lights.
-if there are headlight washers, remove the hoses from the nozzles (if there is liquid in the tank, it will flow through the removed hoses, you need to prepare the plugs).
-if there is a parking sensor, disconnect the connector.
-pulls the bumper over.
Rear bumper
-in the wheel arches, unscrew the bolts that secure the fender liner (in order not to remove the wheels, you can use a ratchet with a head).
-the entire length of the lower part of the bumper unclench the clips.
Further, the bumper can be removed in two ways (with and without shock absorbers).
First:
-in the trunk, remove the rear panel trim.
-under the casing, Unscrew three nuts on each side.

-under the trim, Unscrew one bolt on each side (spun down).
Next for both options:
-pull the bumper over (not to scratch the paint on the wings is better to do it together).
