How to remove front and rear bumper Acura MDX (2006-2013)

open the hood.
-under the hood take out nine caps and remove the trim over the grille.
-under the trim, Unscrew the two screws and take out the two pistons.
-on the perimeter of the lower part, Unscrew the two screws and take out nine caps (twisted and inserted from the bottom up).
-depending on which side we will disassemble, turn the wheels to the side.
-in the wheel wells, Unscrew the screws and release the fender liner.
-take the fender liner to the side and Unscrew one screw on each side that attach the corners to the wings.
-we release the latch in the wings (pull the corners towards you).
-with an assistant, pull the bumper forward (be careful not to break the wires and hoses).
-remove the connectors from the fog lights (if any).
-(if any) disconnect the washer hoses (liquid may leak).
Rear bumper
-Open the trunk lid.
-take out the plugs, Unscrew two wines and remove the taillights.
-in the opening of the trunk, take out the plugs and Unscrew the four screws.
-take out two pistons (inserted from the bottom up) at the bottom.
-in the wheel wells, Unscrew the screws and take out the caps that secure the fender liner and mud flaps.
-Unscrew one screw on each side (spun up) that attach the corners of the bumper to the wings.
-we release the latch in the wings (pull the corners towards you).
-we release the latches under the rear lights and in the opening of the trunk.
-with an assistant, gently pull the bumper back (be careful not to break the wires).
-remove connectors from electrical equipment (if any).
