How to remove front and rear bumper VW Amarok

-open the hood.
-under the hood, Unscrew the four screws (spun down) that secure the top.
-at the bottom, Unscrew the screws (spun up).
-remove the license plate together with the frame and Unscrew the two screws under it.
-remove the decorative overlays of fog lamps (hold on latches).
-Unscrew the screws and remove the fog lights, Unscrew the screws behind them that secure the bumper.
-turn the wheels to the side.
-in the wheel wells, Unscrew the screws and release the fender liner (front).
-take the fender liner to the side and Unscrew the screws (spun up) that secure the corners of the bumper to the wings.
-we release the clips in the wings (pull visas and on ourselves).
-with an assistant, pull the bumper forward (look for the wires).
-we release the connectors of electrical equipment (if any).
Rear bumper
-Unscrew the screws that secure the bumper amplifier to the body.
